2. How Our Service Works

Our plugin operates on a proxy-based architecture:

• All AI requests from your WordPress site are routed through our secure Lestrade cloud servers
• We manage OpenAI API keys and handle all communication with OpenAI services
• You purchase tokens from us to access AI functionality
• No direct OpenAI API keys are required from users

3. Account and Billing

3.1 Token-Based System

• Our service operates on a prepaid token system
• Tokens are consumed based on AI usage (text generation, voice transcription, etc.)
• Token rates are clearly displayed in your plugin dashboard
• You are responsible for monitoring your token balance

3.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Token purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing users
